Membership
Any consumer-owned electric utility, association of consumer-owned
electric utilities, or any joint generation or transmission
organization consisting of such systems located or doing business
within the states of Colorado, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana,
Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wyoming, may become
a member of the Association.
